Preparation of estimates: We prepare building estimates 1) To know the construction cost of your building 2) For the submission to banks, housing board, L.I.C, and other agencies to get loans for the construction of your building 3) To determine the requirement of construction materials. We do the calculations in computer and hence the chances of erroneous calculation are rare. But even then we issue the estimates only after several checks.
Supervision and management of works: We under take supervision of construction of your building. We help you to construction of your dream building as per the plan and your budget. Our qualified and experienced hands will assist you in the execution of the work from setting out of the building to the completion of work for an affordable charge. We provide necessary technical advises and help at every stage of construction to make your building everlasting, elegant and off course economical. If we undertake supervision 1) We will set out the building as per the approved plan. 2) We inspect the work and provide necessary technical advises, drawings and directions at every stage of construction. 3) Economically design every structural member with utmost care and provide the dimensions, quantities, lay out, specifications etc. 4) Take measurements and prepare bills to issue to the contractors. 5) Issue completion certificate if needed. 6) We arrange skilled labours or contractors if you need. 7) We also arrange building materials, machinery such as concrete mixers, vibrators etc. 8) And many more!!! Undertake contract works: We undertake all type of building construction on contract basis such as 1) Work on turnkey basis This includes the whole work from the setting out of the building to the end. We finish the work within the stipulated time and as per the plans, specifications and agreement. We use only high-class materials, tools, and machinery engaging only skilled labours. We maintain quality throughout the work. 2) Piecework contract In this we carry out the work item wise as per the rates quoted for various items of work. This can be done in three ways. a) For rates, which include all cost of materials, conveyance charges, labour charges etc. complete. b) For rates which include all cost of materials, conveyance charges, and labour charges but excluding the cost of cement and steel and its conveyance charges. You can supply cement and steel at the site, for your assurance of the quality of work. c) For rates which include only labour charges.
Structural designing: We under take structural designing of all R.C.C, multistoried buildings. We make use of LIMIT STATE METHOD, which is currently the modern designing tool for the design of R.C.C structural members. We design every member such as footings, columns, beams, slabs, stairs etc with utmost care by calculating all probable loads that may act upon them and assessing the safe bearing capacity of the soil at site.
Land surveying: We undertake all type of land surveys such as chain survey, leveling, theodolite survey, contouring etc., prepare survey plans and calculate area, volume etc.
Interior designing
Preparation of Documents:We prepare all documents for getting approval from panchayat, municipality or corporation offices.
